Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) - SUD Telehealth Program
Brightside is a leading tech-enabled healthcare company. We are looking to hire licensed professional counselors, licensed clinical social workers, or licensed marriage and family therapists for our Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Substance Use Disorder program. This program caters to the distinctive needs of individual adults, incorporating both 1 : 1 and group therapy. Our therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, prioritizing personalized and culturally responsive care. This position involves managing a caseload of individual sessions and could eventually involve leading an evening group in Outpatient & Intensive Outpatient Programs.

What We're Looking For :
- LPC, LMFT, or LCSW independent license is required
- Licensed independently as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist for at least 1 year
- Preferably 2 years of recent experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions to individual adults struggling with SUDs , including experience leading groups.
- Availability to provide minimum 6 hours weekly; open Monday-Sunday with no weekend requirements
- Must welcome treating all backgrounds and be committed to delivering culturally responsive care
- Tech-savviness and enthusiasm for integrating digital solutions into clinical practice
