Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and other supplies; assist in ordering when necessary.
- Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to ensure the health and safety of patrons.
- Operate cash registers accurately, processing payments efficiently while handling cash transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquet events to ensure seamless service.
- Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance guest experience.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Experience in the food industry or retail environment is beneficial.
- Understanding of food safety practices is essential; certification may be required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a busy setting.
