Position Overview:
As a Door-to-Door Sales & Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our products, and building relationships with potential customers through face-to-face interactions. You’ll play a key role in expanding our customer base, contributing to the growth of the company, and earning competitive commission-based compensation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door outreach in designated neighborhoods to introduce Brightside Windows' products and services.
- Engage with homeowners to generate new leads and set appointments for in-home consultations.
- Promote the features and benefits of our energy-efficient window solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive brand image.
- Track leads and appointments accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth follow-up and closing of leads.
Qualifications:
- Previous door-to-door sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation to travel to and from assigned neighborhoods.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Must have a reliable smartphone to communicate, manage leads, and track sales activities.
