What You’ll Do:
- Appointment Setter: Create leads and set appointments for in-home consultations on BRIGHTSIDE products.
- Appointment Closer: Transition to closing sales by presenting and selling our high-quality windows and doors during in-home appointments.
- Canvassing and Door-to-Door Sales: Actively engage with homeowners through canvassing and door-to-door outreach to generate leads and set appointments.
- Represent BRIGHTSIDE with professionalism, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to build your sales expertise and advance within the company.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available on Saturdays (9 AM - 5 PM) and 4 weekdays (9 AM - 5 PM) with a longer break in the middle of the day.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Own a reliable vehicle and a smartphone (iOS preferred).
- Previous sales experience, especially in home security, solar, pest control, real estate, or direct sales, is a plus but not required.
- Competitive Pay: Commission-based pay, with potential earnings ranging from $5,000 to $10,000 per month as an Appointment Setter, and $10,000 to $40,000 per month as an Appointment Closer.
