Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee our window installation projects from point-of-sale to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, experience within the construction industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the installation process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage window installation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, CRM tracking, and progress reports.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle, acting as the main point of contact for homeowners.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Supervise Project Coordinators and ensure KPIs are met.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of project management experience in the construction or home improvement industry, preferably with window installation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and G Suite.
- Knowledge of remodel standards, safety regulations, and construction practices.
- PMP certification is a plus.
