As our Junior Sous Chef you will be confident in your ability to cook and prepare classic and comforting dishes from fresh, in a high volume and fast paced environment. You must be able to motivate and lead the kitchen team in the Head Chefs absence, obsessed with detail and ensuring the guest leaves happy.
