Are you a strategic finance leader with experience taking companies public? Do you have a passion for clean energy and sustainable fuels? My biofuel client is now looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive financial strategy and growth as they take their subsidiary public.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all financial strategy, financial planning and analysis. The CFO will collaborate directly with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead financial strategy, planning, and execution to support their expansion into the biofuel downstream market.
- Oversee IPO readiness and navigate the path to taking the company public
- Develop and execute capital-raising strategies (equity, debt, and alternative financing)
- Ensure financial compliance, risk management, and corporate governance standards are met
- Collaborate with executive leadership to drive sustainable growth and operational efficiency.
- Build relationships with investors, analysts, and key stakeholders in the industry.
