A prominent developer of high-performance data centers is seeking a Construction Director to lead major buildouts in Texas and delivering state-of-the-art facilities across the region, and also North America, the organization serves a mix of hyperscale, enterprise, and colocation clients. This role will take ownership of the full construction lifecycle—from early planning and contractor coordination to site delivery and handover. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in managing large-scale, technically complex projects, particularly within the mission-critical infrastructure space. Responsibilities include overseeing budgets and schedules, maintaining compliance with regulatory and safety standards, coordinating with design and engineering teams, and implementing cost control and procurement strategies. Strong leadership in field execution and stakeholder communication is essential. Candidates should have at least a decade of experience in construction management, including five or more years specifically focused on data centers or comparable environments. A strong foundation in MEP systems, contract negotiation, and schedule management is required. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
