What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Engineer position at Brightsmith?
Highly innovative fuel cell company, looking to bring on an electrical engineer to support the electrical design of the fuel cell packaging.
Experience and requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience
- DFM experience
- Power Electronics experience
- Familiarity with defining product requirements and validating performance criteria.
- Experience desired (expertise very helpful) with design of power electronics
- Buck/Boost converters <60V DC
- DC/AC converter design
- Low voltage projects- 50-5000W max
- High efficiency (96-99%)
- Schematic capture/design for PCVBA design
- Integration and bringup
- Small scaled products/applications
- Experience with SolidWorks modelling program
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Experience working closely with mechanical engineering team
- High work ethic/motivation
