Job Title: Test Engineer – Fuel Cell Systems
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (On-site)
Responsibilities- Test Engineer
- Develop and execute test plans for software and hardware validation.
- Run virtual simulations and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing.
- Validate Human-Machine Interface (HMI) functionality and system behaviour.
- Assemble and configure test setups, including wiring and component integration.
- Monitor large data sets and create dashboards to analyse trends and system performance.
- Support product development by identifying issues and contributing to system improvements.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure quality and reliability of fuel cell systems.
Experience & Requirements - Test Engineer
- 2 years’ experience in test engineering (preferably automotive, robotics, or clean tech).
- Strong hands-on skills with both hardware and software systems.
- Familiarity with HIL testing, simulators, and system validation tools.
- Comfortable assembling test rigs and handling real-world test execution.
- Strong data analysis and visualisation capabilities.
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
- Experience in start-up or agile environments is a plus.
- Interest in growing into a leadership role over time.
