Job Description
We are currently looking for an IT SAP Technical Architect to join our growing IT Finance Team! As IT SAP Technical Architect, you will report directly to the IT SAP Application Manager. Your focus will be on SAP solution capabilities, and you will play an integral role in defining and assessing organization’s SAP technical architecture practice. You will establish SAP best practices for SAP and Non-SAP technologies/systems (SAP S/4 HANA, Ariba, Field Glass, Cloud based reporting systems, Consolidation tools, EDI platforms and Interfaces to banking and other third-party systems). As IT SAP Technical Architect, you will be responsible for:
- Make solution recommendations considering scope and business requirements
- Design Technical and solution architecture
- Technical analysis and documentation of SAP systems
- Collaborate with functional leads from Finance, Materials, Supply Chain etc.
- Drive collaboration with middleware, engineering, and other IT teams for E2E technical solutions
- Built integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems, including P2P and BI Reporting
- Gather non-functional requirements, undertake project planning
- Solution design, configuration and customization of SAP systems
- Suggest and implement process improvements, as well as setting up development standards for the SAP Environments, conduct training to promote standard, code scan, and other action to ensure development in good quality and code release with efficiency, continue driving the operation excellence.
Qualifications
WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:
- 8 years of relevant SAP consulting or industry experience
- 6 years of SAP R/3 ABAP experience, with full cycle implementation and upgrade experience.
- 3 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA
- Must have played technical lead role in multiple SAP implementation programs
- Working knowledge of object-oriented programming
- Proficient in different integration techniques using OData services, Webservices and REST based API’s
- Proficiency and expertise in programming using ABAP objects in developing interactive reports, dialog transactions, enhancements and interfaces as required by business
- Hands on experience in technical coding in SAP S/4HANA (ABAP, UI5, etc.) for custom RICEFW developments
- Knowledge of integration of SAP S/4HANA with Ariba, Fieldglass & Concur
- Extensive knowledge and experience with SAP development tools and technologies such as ABAP Work Bench, User-exits, Interfaces, enhancements, IDOC, BAPI's, BADI's, SAPScript, Smartforms, CMOD/SMOD, Function Modules, RFC, ALE, Class, and Methods, Workflow, Eclipse IDE for ABAP, CDS view, AMDP
