Job Description
We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Corporate Recruiter to join our growing team! Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions.
As Senior Technical Corporate Recruiter, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and Attracting Talent: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent through job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events
- Candidate Evaluation: Establish evaluation standards, review resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific technical hiring needs and ensure the right talents are being recruited
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring and critical positions
- Process Optimization: Recommend and implement new processes to optimize existing hiring practices
- Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback
Qualifications
WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 15 years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally within a corporate environment and recruiting for very niche positions like Enterprise Architects, BRIM Architects, Solution Architects and Engineers, JAVA Developers, Principal Architects, Product Architects, etc.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
- Familiarity with the specific technical fields relevant to the company (e.g., software development, engineering, IT)
- Telecommunications industry experience required
- Executive presence and ability to influence strategic hiring decisions at an executive level
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and maintain detailed records
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in job postings, candidate evaluations, and documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in the recruitment process
- Ability to adapt to changing hiring needs and market conditions
