Account Executive - Home Health
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to support our home health services in the local community. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow their marketing and business development expertise while making a meaningful impact on patients' lives.
About the Role:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our markets, including key referral sources, competitors, governmental agencies, and major payer groups.
- BUILD BRAND AWARENESS THROUGHOUT REFERRAL BASE AND MONITOR COMMUNITY, CUSTOMER, PAYER, AND PATIENT PERCEPTIONS.
- ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN EFFECTIVE CUSTOMER-FOCUSED RELATIONSHIPS WITH HEALTHCARE COMMUNITY, REFERRAL SOURCES, PHYSICIANS, AND THEIR STAFF.
- STAY CURRENT WITH INDUSTRY AND MARKETPLACE CHANGES AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE.
- COLLABORATE AND COMMUNICATE WITH TEAM AND CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERS TO FULLY MEET CUSTOMER NEEDS.
- ATTEND AFTER-HOUR/WEEKEND FUNCTIONS SUCH AS VENDOR BOOTHES, FUNDRAISERS, MIXERS, ETC.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal legal and regulatory requirements.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, healthcare, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 2 years experience in healthcare marketing.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with ability to work under minimal supervision.
