Foster Care Case Managers play a vital role in delivering case management services, individual and family counseling, training, and supervision of foster families. They work under the supervision of the Program Manager and are responsible for developing individual treatment plans for troubled children and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviews referrals and matches children with suitable foster families
- Places children in state-licensed or certified foster homes
- Obtains all required documentation for children in care
- Provides weekly documented contact and bi-weekly visits to children and foster families
