We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Revival Home Health & Hospice. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in ensuring we have the right talent, focused on the right priorities, at the right time.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate new hire process, distribute exit interviews, track and monitor responses, conduct background checks/investigations, and maintain up-to-date employment records and personnel files.
- Support during open enrollment process, serve as benefits specialist for employee populations, address benefits questions, process benefits changes in a timely manner, conduct benefit audits, and maintain benefits accrual information.
- Review Workers Compensation, analyze injury reports, and ensure compliance with Occupation Safety Health Administration regulations.
- Assure proper authorization of payroll actions, validate/organize payroll checks prior to distribution, input employee work schedules into workforce timekeeper system, and input time records in a timely and efficient manner via exceptions report.
- Maintain applicable records for state and federal reporting, distribute exceptions reports to supervisors/managers, and prepare management reports as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- One year of Human Resources/payroll/clerical experience preferred; one year computer experience, including proficient use of spreadsheets and word processing, also preferred.
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification preferred; valid driver's license required.
