Responsibilities
- Coordinate the development of individualized service plans and personal futures plans in collaboration with consumers and guardians.
- Schedule and chair screening processes for program vacancies and maintain waiting lists as needed.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements at all service sites, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Investigate incidents of consumer abuse, neglect, or mistreatment, developing plans to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor delivery of service plans and personal futures plans, providing training and supervision to staff as required.
- Manage fiscal expenditures within approved budget limits, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Business, Health Care Administration, or Social Services; High school diploma or GED equivalent and three years of related job experience may be substituted per area regulations.
- A minimum of two years of verifiable work experience providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- One year previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations concerning services to individuals with intellectual and/or other developmental disabilities.
