What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work (LCSW)
- Current LCSW licensure in the state of practice
- A minimum of one year of experience in a rehabilitation setting, working with individuals who have experienced traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, or acute diagnoses
- CPR certification
- The ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks related to patient care
