Operations Management
We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee the efficient delivery of services to our clients across various lines of business.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for managing and developing staff to ensure quality care and enable our clients to live their best lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct, manage, and administer the coordination and service delivery components of programs that serve individuals in group home settings.
- Supervise the delivery of services and ensure individuals receive the highest quality care.
- Routinely observe service delivery on-site and monitor adherence to individual health needs, behavior management techniques, and emergency procedures.
- Serve as a liaison between the community and agencies, family/guardians, and the agency.
- Ensure all homes under supervision meet environmental maintenance standards, comply with state/federal guidelines, and adhere to company policy at all times.
- Coordinate investigations of serious incidents and alleged abuse allegations, including reports to required agencies.
- Provide on-call support for group homes.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll and billing completion.
- Oversee Accounts Payable for group homes.
- Monitor and assure compliance with financial goals to ensure services align with individual program plans.
- Coordinate Incident/Accident Review process, identify patterns, and provide feedback for incident prevention.
- Serve as a member of the agency management team.
- Hire, train, evaluate, and monitor assigned personnel, complete timely performance reviews, and ensure employees are productive, accountable, and successful.
- Conduct and/or monitor training for staff in areas such as least restrictive techniques, behavior management, active treatment, client rights, prevention of abuse/neglect, documentation/data collection, emergency procedures, and other areas as needed.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Services field or related field, plus minimum two years working directly with elderly and developmentally disabled individuals, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two years supervisory experience preferred.
