Home Health Sales and Marketing is needed for Austin and the surrounding areas.
Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00/ year base salary
Aggressive incentive plans on top of the base pay
We seek a driven, charismatic, active personality with an acumen for marketing and sales in the Home Health industry.
Requires a minimum of 5 years of recent home health marketing experience.
Requirements:
- Establish relationships with referral sources such as physicians, hospitals, case workers, DME/Infusions companies
- Prepare presentations of the company's various home care services to present to referral sources
- Educate referral sources on the components of home health care services and explain the interrelation of these services
- Continual evaluation of the company’s marketing strategies to advise management on effective strategies and suggest changes
- Prescreen patients referred by physicians, hospitals, and case workers for home health needs, eligibility, and status
- Serve as a liaison between hospital discharge planners by visiting patients to ensure a smooth transition to the patient’s home
Qualifications:
- Good oral and written communication
- Pleasant and outgoing personality with strong customer service
- Must be highly organized and have PC proficiency
- Must have good time management skills and able to multi-task
- Prior direct sales experience required
- Reliable transportation and valid Texas drivers license
- College Degree required
