Rate of Pay: Full-Time $17.00 per Hour
Full-Time: MON - FRI: 8AM-5PM
SUMMARY
HR Assistant is needed to provide full cycle recruitment for Home Health Agency. The primary responsibility is the finding and recommendation of the best candidates for open positions in our company as a member of Human Resources. Think of it as matchmaker between candidate(s) and departments(s) in an expedient and cost effective manner.
What You'll Do
- Communicate with departments to determine recruitment needs and post job ads.
- Disposition applicants and candidates based on qualifications and requirements.
- Provide on-site On-Boarding activities for new hires.
- Source viable alternative recruitment paths/processes and reviewing cost mitigation factors and opportunities.
- Assist with the credentialing, background, orientation and renewables processes as needed, a team player.
- Other duties as assigned.
