LVN Licensed Vocational Nurse

• Morning & NOCS (7 am -7 am) (7pm-7am)
• 4 hours of guaranteed Overtime with each shift worked
• One-on-one nursing care in the safety of a nice home RN or LVN
• Base pay$29.25 an hour / with overtime calculated-in it will be $34 an hour approx.

We are seeking LVNs who can work either 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (day shift) and 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. (NOC SHIFT) . This is an AWAKE SHIFT position and sleeping is prohibited while on duty.

Responsibilities of the LVN- Licensed Vocational Nurse:

• Perform skilled patient care per the plan of care under the supervision of RN
• Support Activities of Daily Living and IADLs
• Assure proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with all applicable laws
• Fluid communication with office staff and clinical team
• Timely processing of all clinical documentation
• Consistency of attendance
• Ability to follow all state regulations

Here's what we require of LVN: LVN Licensed Vocational Nurse

• Passion for one-on-one patient care in the home setting
• Minimum of 1 year of paid RN/LVN experience.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Activities of Daily Living (ADL's) with full patient care required
• Current unrestricted RN or LVN license in CA
• Current CPR and TB skin test
• Valid ID and Social Security Card
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
• Ability to clock in and out on a Smartphone
• Ability to work in the Galt, CA,/ Sacramento Pocket/Greenhaven area
• Ability to work (NOC SHIFT) Preferred
• Ability to stay alert (AWAKE SHIFT)

Basic Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree (Licensed Vocational Nurse Degree)
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Pre-employment physical including negative TB test Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Must have the ability to demonstrate solid judgment about patient care and safety. Requires the ability to appropriately troubleshoot and escalate where necessary.
