We are currently seeking a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for in home care services. We have Full time day shift hours available. We are looking for a caregiver with around a 7am -7pm availability. We do everything from basic companionship to hands on personal cares. Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide compassionate and reliable care
- Monitor and report changes in client's health status
- Assist with medication reminders
- Support clients with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Act as a member of the Care coordination team to communication with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care
- Active CNA certification
- Experience in home care or long-term care setting
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license with Auto Insurance.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting)
