Brightstar care Is looking for a compassionate care giver with Part Time early morning availability, 6am shift start times, who is also experienced with Hoyer lifts and personal cares like bathing and dressing. Premium Short Shift Pay : We offer a variety of shift Lengths ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours. Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and our 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19-$22 based on experience.
Job Responsibilities :
Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.
Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.
Qualifications :
Current CNA certification.
A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.
A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
