Job Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in accordance with professional standards.

Ventilator Management:
- Monitoring and managing patients who require mechanical ventilation.
- Adjusting ventilator settings based on patient needs and physician orders.
- Troubleshooting ventilator issues and responding to emergencies.
- Educating patients and families about ventilator care and use.
- Monitoring and managing patients who require mechanical ventilation.

Tracheostomy Care:
- Performing routine tracheostomy care, including cleaning, changing, and maintaining trach tubes.
- Monitoring the condition of the trach site for infection or complications.
- Suctioning the airway as needed to clear secretions.
- Ensuring proper humidification and airway clearance for patients with tracheostomies.
- Performing routine tracheostomy care, including cleaning, changing, and maintaining trach tubes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient care and outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Minnesota.
- Previous experience in a home health or acute care setting.
- Minimum one year of Tracheostomy and Ventilator Experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Cleared TB Test or willing to obtain a TB Test Clearance.
- Willing to undergo background check.
- Reliable Transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work 12-Hour Shifts
