We are looking for a part time caregiver for both morning and evening hours, for our south Minneapolis / Bloomington area. We provide 1 : 1 cares in clients homes, so some travel is involved! We are looking for someone with experience providing personal cares who enjoys working with a variety of clients. If we sound like a good fit for you apply today!

Premium Short Shift Pay : We offer a variety of shift Lengths ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours. Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and hour 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19-$22 based on experience.
Job Responsibilities :
Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting)
Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.
Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.
Qualifications :
Current CNA certification.
A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.
A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance.
