We are seeking compassionate and dedicated CNA's or HHA's to join our team at Brightstar Care! Ideal candidates will have experience in a home care setting, be reliable, and comfortable working with complex cases. We have 12-hour overnight awake shifts available (8 PM - 8 AM). We are currently looking for someone to be per diem with a specific client. We are offering $25/hr to work with this client, if you choose to work with other clients, we will have a different base rate; which falls between $19-$22/hr. - Premium Short Shift Pay: We offer a variety of shift Lengths ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours. Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and hour 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19-$22 based on experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.
- Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.
Qualifications:
- Current CNA certification.
- A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.
- A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
