About the Role:
We are seeking a Part Time Home Care CNA to join our team at BrightStar Care Karing Hent, Inc. in Maplewood, MN. We have flexible hours available and are looking for caregivers experienced in personal cares. We provide one on one cares IN our client's homes so there is some travel involved. If you are passionate about providing high-quality care to individuals in their homes, then we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders
- Document and report any changes in client's health or behavior
- Transport clients to appointments or outings as needed
- Follow care plans and communicate with the care team
- Act as a member of the Care coordination team to communication with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care
Requirements:
- Active CNA certification in the state of Minnesota
- Previous experience in home care or a similar setting
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
