As we grow our clientele in the Rochester and Preston area, we are looking for CNA's and join our team who are able to pick up shifts as needed. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.
- Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.
Qualifications:
- Current CNA certification. (Preferred)
- A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.
- A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
