We are seeking part time CNAs to join our team in a weekend 1:1 home care position! We have flexible hours with both days & nights available. Somone with experience providing personal cares who is okay with traveling to different client's homes would be a great fit for our team!

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and conversation to enhance the lives of our clients.
- Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
- Provide physical assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation.
- Accompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed.
- Monitor and report changes in the client’s health, behavior, and needs.
- Act as a member of the Care coordination team to communication with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.
Requirements:
- A compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting)
- Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance.
- Negative TB test or Cleared Chest-Xray.
- Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.
