Caregiver Benefits and Perks:

Client shifts vary:

-4hr/6hr/8hr/10hr shifts

Preferred Availability:

*Must Be Available on the Weekends*

-5p-10p Monday-Sunday

-8a-8p Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday

-Weekends Friday, Saturday and Sunday 8a-8p

-6p-10:30p Monday-Sunday

*Shifts vary* We schedule based on business needs

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Help client take prescribed medication
• Assist client with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside
• Assist client with personal care and hygiene
• Help client with physical therapy exercises
• Prepare meals
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion
• Report any unusual incidents
• Provide a safe and clean environment
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Caregiver Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Caregiver (Preferred but will provide training
• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Respectful and compassionate
• Good time management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ethics
• Physical endurance
• Background clearance from Health and Welfare
• Able to pass a drug screening
• *MUST Have* a reliable vehicle to transport clients with valid driver's license and auto-insurance.
• Must be able to commute within the Treasure Valley, both Ada and Canyon County.
