LPN Responsibilities:
- Implement and assess treatment and care plans with sound judgment and critical thinking
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation aligned with the plan of care and nursing processes
- Perform skills, treatments, and procedures in line with state Nurse Practice Act and agency protocols
- Ensure quality care in accordance with established standards
LPN Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered Practical Nurse license in the state of care
- At least one year of nursing experience required; three years preferred
- Current CPR certification and negative TB skin test or chest X-ray
- Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
- Strong clinical skills and self-direction, with minimal supervision required
- Excellent communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding)
- Physical ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull, with the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds
- Client mobility support as needed
