**Looking for Infusions Nurse for Home Health. Travel will be mainly in North Dallas, University Park and Frisco.**

Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment and care plans using sound judgment and critical thinking
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the care plan and nursing processes
• Provide personalized, compassionate care to patients in their homes
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Current unrestricted Texas RN License
• Current CPR certification
• Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance in your name
• TB skin test results within 1 year of hire or Chest X-Ray within 5 years
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• At least 1 year of experience in home health or a facility setting
• Pediatric history preferred
• Wound care experience is mandatory
• Mandatory Saturdays and on-call availability on Sundays
• Must be available for ONE day during the week
