Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment and care plans using sound judgment and critical thinking
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the care plan and nursing processes
- Provide personalized, compassionate care to patients in their homes
Job Requirements:
- Current unrestricted Texas RN License
- Current CPR certification
- Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance in your name
- TB skin test results within 1 year of hire or Chest X-Ray within 5 years
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- At least 1 year of experience in home health or a facility setting
- Pediatric history preferred
- Wound care experience is mandatory
- Mandatory Saturdays and on-call availability on Sundays
- Must be available for ONE day during the week
