Job Overview:
As a Caregiver at BrightStar Care, you will provide compassionate care as directed by a nursing supervisor, including but not limited to:
- Bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities
- Taking and recording vital signs, assisting with height and weight measurements
- Providing care according to the patient’s plan of care
- Assisting with daily tasks such as feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping
- Providing transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping
- Bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED

- Minimum of one (1) year of documented healthcare experience preferred
- Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile (requirements based on case assignment)
- Physical ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong empathy for the needs of clients
- Minimum of one (1) year of documented healthcare experience preferred
