About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated live-in caregiver who is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) to provide compassionate and professional care for our clients. This position offers competitive daily pay of $244 before taxes, a supportive work environment, and the chance to positively impact the lives of those in need.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, and toileting.
- Support daily living activities such as meal preparation, feeding, light housekeeping, and linen changes.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in meaningful activities.
- Assist with mobility, including transfers, walking, and range-of-motion exercises.
- Transport clients to medical appointments, shopping, and outdoor activities as needed.
- Monitor and record vital signs as directed by the care plan.
Requirements:

Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is required.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid CNA/DSP/DCW/HHA certification in good standing.
- Certified CPR and a negative TB test or chest x-ray.
- Minimum of one (1) year of healthcare experience preferred.
- Licensed driver with insured, reliable transportation (depending on client needs).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and provide mobility support as needed.
- Empathy, patience, and a commitment to high-quality care.
