About the Role :
We are seeking a Full Time Recruiter / Administer to join our team at BrightStar Care of Greater Chester County. As a leading home care and medical staffing agency, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to our clients and are looking for a motivated individual to help us find the best talent to join our team.
Responsibilities :
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for caregiver and nursing positions
- Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to attract qualified candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruiting records and reports
- Some Administrative Tasks as well.
- On-call Rotation
Requirements :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
