BrightStar Care of Greater Chester county (BrightStar Care) is seeking a Scheduler to assist with scheduling, as well as ensure excellent in-home care service to our clients by coaching and mentoring caregivers, establishing and maintaining an environment of accountability, and proactively coordinating scheduling needs for personal care and facility staffing clients. - Weekly Pay w/ Direct Deposit
- Monday through friday Schedule (9am-5pm), On-call and rotating weekends.

- Coordinates rescheduling and promptly addresses shift vacancies to ensure effective scheduling and minimize unbilled overtime.
- Effectively manages customer care procedures and serves as point of contact for client/caregiver relations.
- Ensures caregiver compliance with time and availability software.
- Assists with the intake of new clients and effectively communicates BrightStar differentiators.
- Manages all required documentation and ongoing note-keeping of employee & client activities.
- Deploys to attend to call outs and new client starts of care when needed.
- Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required.
- Performs additional duties and administrative functions as directed by management.
- Be approachable as a leader.
- 1 years of scheduling preferred.
- Promotes a fun environment.
- Manages pressure and stress in a positive way.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel, Outlook.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to provide superior customer service, problem-solve, and tactfully handle difficult situations.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to work autonomously at times to produce an optimum solution.
- Positive can do attitude.
- Must be willing to occasionally accept evening and/or weekend on-call work.
