Brightstar Care of Greenville is looking for a Scheduler to join our growing team! The ideal team member will be an energertic and customer oriented individual with a pleasant personality. Excellent communication and telephone skills are a must. The ability to act quickly and adapt to changes in a fast paced environment is crucial.
The main responsibility of this key role will be scheduling personal care visits among our team of caregivers. Puzzle Solving skills will be crucial in this role in order to make sure all the right pieces are in the right place.
Medical Office experience is a plus!

Job Requirements:
- Management of clients schedule by distributing work among caregivers
- Exceptional customer service skills and written / verbal communication.
- Participate in company On-Call Program - one week per month including weekend
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and outstanding people management skills.
- Must be able to work under time pressures and manage multiple demands simultaneously.
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
- Willingness to spend extended periods of time on the phone.
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license with the ability to pass a background check (including motor vehicle records check).
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience (scheduling experience preferred)
- May have to fill client shifts in case of a caregiver emergency

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
