Description of the Role:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Certified Caregiver (CG) to join our team at BrightStar Care of Hilton Head. This is an immediate need position located in Beaufort, South Carolina.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Providing medication reminders
- Monitoring vital signs when needed
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
- Assisting with light housekeeping tasks
- Assisting with transportation to appointments and errands
Requirements:
- Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Caregiver (CG)
- 1 Year documented experience in a Nursing Home or Accredited Home Health Agency
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable Transportation and up to date Auto Insurance
