Description of the role:
BrightStar Care of Hilton Head is urgently seeking a CNA / CG to join our team. As a CNA / CG, you will be responsible for providing excellent care and support to our clients in Tybee Island, Georgia. This role requires strong attention to detail, compassion, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs when needed
- Medication Reminders
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition
Requirements:
- Active CNA certification or CG license
- 1 Year Documented experience in a Nursing Home or Accredited Home Health Agency
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must have reliable transportation and up to date Auto Insurance
