Caregiver Job Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to Customer Care Manager (CCM) in managing a complex schedule, supporting field workers with scheduling matters including reminders and care coordination.
- Various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s or patient’s needs
- Providing assistance with daily tasks, including but not limited to feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping
- Assisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of Nursing
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile with proof of insurance
- Typing 35 wpm (typing test will be administered)
- Detail oriented! Ability to follow routine multi-step processes and tasks lists
- Problem solving skills
- Customer service mentality and phone demeanor. Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
- Ability to learn scheduling, tracking and documenting computer programs.
- Minimum six months of documented caregiver, home care assistance experience is required
- High school diploma or GED
- Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Excellent references
- Access to a computer or smart phone for web-based scheduling
- Ability to pass background checks, DMV, and drug screen
- Must pass caregiver competencies
- Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
