As an Occupational Therapy Supervisor, you will be responsible for evaluating pediatric to adult patients, establishing goals, and collaborating with your assistants, who will conduct visits with your patients. Your Schedule, Pay & Location
- Create your own schedule
- $70 per completed visit (less than an hour)
- $5 per visit performed by COTAs under your supervision
- Weekly pay

A Day in the Life of an Occupational Therapy Supervisor
As an OT Supervisor, you will lead a team of COTAs, overseeing the daily care of your patients and reviewing their charting. You’ll communicate any necessary updates to goals or programs with your COTAs. While you may occasionally perform visits, your primary focus will be evaluating patients, setting goals, and monitoring their progress.
What Is Required to Join Our Team
- 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Valid driver’s license and CPR certification
- Current OT license for Texas
