The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for payroll processing. This includes but is not limited to notes resolution, payroll processing and collaborations with the QA Team. The Payroll Coordinator will also assist with any additional tasks required by the HR Manager in support of business growth. The Payroll Coordinator is an in-office based position.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
- Hourly payroll processing
- Process timesheets
- Check payroll information for accuracy and ensure all relevant paperwork is in order
- Coordinate with HR Team regarding changes (i.e. terminations, new hires)
- Oversee electronic payments and distribution of payroll checks
- Update data with salary and wage adjustments
- Process other financial compensations or deductions
- Produce reports to upper management upon request
- Weekly notes retrieval and resolution in collaboration with the QA team
- Work with the HR Team on audits if needed
