- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Must have graduated from a Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) accredited program.
- Current Registered Nurse License for the state of South Carolina with no need to relocate. (in good standing)
- Certified CPR and negative 2-step TB skin test or chest x-ray.
- 2-3 recent years home healthcare experience.
- 2 recent years of direct employee supervision.
- 3-5 recent years experience in Administration working as a Director of Nursing / Director of Patient Care Service or in a Clinical Supervisor role.
- 2-3 years recent experience with PICC/Midlines/Ports & Labs w/ strong Peripheral In-Home IV skills with starts/maintenance; IV Infusion Therapy Injection; self-infusion training.
- Case management skills
- “Power User” of Excel, WORD & PowerPoint.

You Are…
- A Registered Nurse responsible for the direction of home health clinical services.
- Experienced, independent, dynamic & confident.
- Able to start & manage IV therapies from start to finish (IVIG treatments, PICC lines, lab draws, wound care, etc.).
- Local to Fort Mill/Rock Hill and able to commute daily throughout our territory comfortably including weekends, nights, and holidays.
You Will…
- Have overall responsibility for the quality / adequacy of services provided.
- Supervise staff.
- Establish, implement & evaluate goals / objectives for home health services.
- Assure that care is coordinated between services.
- Ensure that all of the client’s needs are identified through the assessment process.
- Ensure client’s needs are addressed through the Plan of Care and supervisory process.

Your Day-to-Day Duties…
- Make clinical judgments in high pressure situations
- Utilize critical thinking in an effective and efficient manner with supervision.
- Perform according to nursing standards.
- Remain accountable in managing patient care / assisting others in the management of patient care.
- Work in an office environment & out in the field providing initial client admissions, initial and ongoing client assessments and associated care plans.
- Develop processes & education while leading the team through Joint Commission accreditation.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA, Medicare, and National Account guidelines.
- Serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team & lead the Quality Assurance & Process Improvement (QAPI) committee.
- Participate in strategic agency planning.
- Assists in the development of organization goals, partnering with other team members to ensure agency meets planned goals.
- Maintain and create referral relationships with National Account partners to drive skilled nursing growth.
- Participate in local outreach/networking activities with our Relationship Manager supporting overall agency growth.
- Help develop, recommend, implement & administer agency policies and procedures
- Assist in policy review & revisions as requested to establish / support the highest possible quality of patient care.
- Work w/ community emergency response organizations & local public health departments, as needed
- Able to build a team to support growth, establishing processes & handoff to new team members as business scales.

- Contact w/ clients under a wide variety of circumstances.
- Care provided in clients’ living environment w/ varying situations OR in an institution such as a hospital.
- May be required to respond to emergency situations.
- Position includes tasks that have the potential for exposure to blood and other potentially infectious material (OPIM) such as body fluids/tissues.
- Limited travel as needed for various staff and client care service needs.
Personal Protective Equipment:
May include gloves, mask, eye/face protection, and disposable outer covering or lab coat.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the ability of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Visual and hearing acuity required.
