Long Term Care Client Located in Lake Wylie**

- All Days (Mon - Sun)
- 8am - 8pm OR 8pm - 8am

Wait! BEFORE You Apply, Make Sure...
- You are a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in SC.
- You have an active / unrestricted RN License in SC or Compact (Preferred)
- You have 1 yr home health exp.
- You live in / near York and/or Lancaster County.
- You are able to commute to Lake Wylie.**
- You have a valid D.L. , reliable vehicle auto insurance.
- You have Quadriplegic Care Exp.
- You have Wound Care Exp.
- You have Hoyer Lift or Hoyer Type Equipment Exp.
- You have strong peripheral IV skills. (Preferred)
- You have recent experience w/ PICC/Midlines/Ports. (Preferred)
- You are currently CPR Certified from American Red Cross (ARC) or American Heart Association (AHA) & negative 2-step TB skin test or chest x-ray.
- You are able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push/pull, & lift up to 50lbs.
