What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver Specialist & Office Assistant - Santa Barbara position at BrightStar Care of Santa Barbara and W. Ventura Counties?
We are seeking an experienced caregiver willing to work during the hours of 7am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Must have have paid caregiving experience, and able to handle any client/case within Santa Barbara Area. This person will also be in the office in Santa Barbara assisting with orientation paperwork, onboarding activities, office inventory, greeting visitors, and answering the phones.
This is a hybrid position working in the field with clients, and in the office. Eventually, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday reviewing electronic Care Notes (time is flexible) and typically takes 2 hours. A report must be emailed first thing Monday morning to the Client Care Supervisor. Office experience with answering phones, scanning, filing, and audits is preferred, but a willingness to learn, and great communication and computer skills will substitute for experience. Hours are 7:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday. Plus, 2 hours at home over the weekend (time is flexible). This position qualifies for the quarterly self-funded bonus program.
