Our Infusion Nurses are responsible for providing home health clinical services. We are seeking nurses to assist with infusions in one of our partners suites and doing IV Hydration in suite, homes, hotels. The infusion nurse is responsible for the quality, adequacy of services provided and is responsible for ensuring that care is delivered appropriately and the standards of quality are adhered to.

Responsibilities:
- Perform care as defined by the client’s Plan of Care and within the scope of the state’s nurse practice act
- Monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes
- Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill
- Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws
- Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs
Requirements:
- Must Provide current unrestricted RN license in the state of CA
- Competent in starting IVs, accessing ports and picc line maintenance
- Valid Driver's License and reliable, insured vehicle
- Clean background and criminal record
- Provide accurate and timely documentation
- Understands regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations
- Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality
- Familiar with Joint Commission Accreditation
- Computer Proficient
Experience preferred: Peripheral IV starts/maintenance & IV Infusion Therapy Injection and self-infusion training Phlebotomy for adult and pediatric patients CVAD experience & knowledge Advanced Nursing Certifications (CRNI, OCN preferred)
