Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with personal care (such as bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers)
- Accompanying clients to appointments and errands
- Assist with activities and socialization
- Developing and promoting a safe environment for quality client care.
- Ensure clients’ rights are adhered to and adhere to HIPPA
- Assisting with passive mobility work and documenting observed changes to the director of nursing
Requirements include:
- 1 year of experience as a caregiver/home health aide
- Valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- Valid CPR certificate
- Negative drug screen and background screening
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
