Position Summary :
Part-time with options to work with additional clients in Hudson, River Falls, New Richmond and surrounding areas.Pay :
20.00-$22 per hours, ability to earn more depending on shifts

Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation, and transfersAccompany clients to the grocery store, doctor appointments and pharmacy visitsAssisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of NursingRequirements :
Valid CNA, HHA or willing to complete the HHA program1 year of experience preferred but not required. Will train the right candidate!High school diploma or GEDCertified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-rayLicensed driver with insured and reliable automobile with proof of insuranceAdhere to HIPPA and maintain client confidentialityAbility to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectivelyMust be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 poundsWe are strongly considering candidates with experience as a Caregiver, CNA, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide / Assistant, or similar positions.
