What We Offer :

Competitive Pay : Earn between $21 - $24 per hour, plus an additional $2 per hour for weekend shifts.
Flexibility : Create a schedule that works for you with our per diem options. Choose the shifts that best fit your lifestyle-most days and shifts are available!

Your Role : As a Caregiver at BrightStar Care, you will :

Provide compassionate, one-on-one care tailored to each client's needs.

Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Transport clients to appointments, errands, and other destinations.

Prepare and serve meals, adhering to dietary requirements.

Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and tidying up.

Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities.

Monitor and report any changes in clients' conditions to medical professionals.

Document care tasks and maintain detailed care notes.

Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure client confidentiality.

What We're Looking For :

License & Vehicle : Valid driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle.

Certifications : Certified CPR and a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.

Registry : Registration or willingness to register with the Home Care Aide Registry.

Experience : At least 1 year of professional experience as an in-home Caregiver or similar role (preferred).
